| Custom Aptitude Test
Aptitude testing: fast, accurate, and cost effective. The custom aptitude test found in our employment testing system provides an easy way for anyone to test applicants' or current employees' knowledge base. The custom aptitude test is a multiple-choice test that consists of up to 60 questions that you design. Each question may have up to 4 answers with individual scoring for each question. You may assign a "most correct" answer and a "secondary most correct" answer for each question. A score is assigned to the most correct answer and 1/2 of that score is automatically assigned to the secondary answer. This method gives you the flexibility to create a test that will pinpoint what the applicant knows. The results are printed to a report, which will show the questions the applicant answered incorrectly and any "general (no points assigned)" questions you may have included. General questions may reflect attitude, opinions and other information you wish the applicant to answer, which have no point value. Creating a test usually takes less than an hour and is very easy to do. We have included 8 pre-designed tests for you to use "as is" or edit. The 8 pre-designed tests included are: Math, Spelling, Word association, Word Perfect, M.S. Word, Telemarketing, Windows XP and Computer knowledge. | ||||||||||||
